PhD Confirmation Report (formerly MPhil/PhD Transfer Report)
The report is submitted after 10 months of full-time study.
Don't forget: if the deadline for submission of your confirmation report is getting close, give your supervisor(s) a copy in plenty or time so that they have time to give you some feedback.
