ModelT - Motion model for an object.
FeatT - Feature type.

ModelT()
- Construct new model with 1-1 mapping.
ModelT.Update(FeatT oldPos,FeatT newPos,TimeT thisTime)
- Update the model with the lastest information.

- Project a feature's position at a given time.
