Comments:
Class for performing greylevel morphological closing. A structuring element must be specified when the filter is constructed using anything derived from IPMorphSElemC.

Morphological opening consists of initially dilating an image with the structuring element and then eroding the result. It has the effect of sliding the structuring element above the image and determining for each point how high the structuring element can be pushed down.
