Comments:
The class RGBValueU16C represents colour by a triple of unsigned integer numbers 16 bits long. The triple is related to the general RGB representation of colour.

Constructs a colour from three colour component. This constructor serves also as the default constructor.

Creates the colour from the RGB colour of the different arithmetic range.
