Open evolution and follow the settings either for a new account or the first one (if one were created already):
You should then be able to connect to the new exchange with evolution.
¹There seems to be some mystery about the server name. It used to be exchange.surrey.ac.uk. However as from 25/7/2012 it seems I had to change to EXMB05CMSsurrey.ac.uk.
