Vector Magnitude Estimation Class Structure

NumMagnitudeC provides a base handle class for vector magnitude estimation. Using the particular method that has been instantiated, the magnitude of an input vector can be calculated using the Magnitude member function.

Since NumMagnitudeC is derived from NumFuncC, Evaluate returns a 1-D vector containing the magnitude and Jacobian return dY/dX where Y is the magnitude.
