RegGrowSeqC<class PixSelT,class ClassT,class ImgT,class StatT>

Region growing class with each region grown sequentially

include "amma/Region/RegGrowSeq.hh"
User Level:Default
Library:IPRegion
Example:exSeg.cc
Section:Image.Image Processing.Region.Growing Engines
In Scope:std

Comments:
Class for segmenting an image. Regions are grown sequentially. The seeds are selected in a raster scan fashion from the portion of the image which has not been processed yet.

Parent Classes: Methods:
RegGrowSeqC()
Default constructor

void SetClassifier(ClassT cl)
set classifier info

RegionSetC<StatT> Apply(const ImgT & in)
Performs the segmentation on "in"

RegionSetC<StatT> Apply(const ImgT & in,const ByteImageC & roi)
Performs the segmentation on "in" on the region of interest "roi". The region of interest should be labelled 0 and all other pixels in the image should be labelled 1. In the output segmentation map, the pixels outside the region of interest are undefined. This function cannot be used as a process.

RegGrowSeqBodyC<PixSelT,ClassT,ImgT,StatT> & Body()

const RegGrowSeqBodyC<PixSelT,ClassT,ImgT,StatT> & Body() const

#include "amma/Region/IPRegion.hh"
RegionSetC<StatT> Apply(const ImgT & in)
Perform segmentation on "in"

#include "amma/RCHandle.hh"
BooleanT IsValid() const
Check its a valid handle.

BooleanT IsValidObject() const
Check its a valid handle, and that the object is pointed to is also valid.

RCHandleC<IPRegionBodyC<ImgT,StatT>> & operator=(const RCHandleC<IPRegionBodyC<ImgT,StatT>> & oth)
Assignment.

BooleanT operator==(const RCHandleC<IPRegionBodyC<ImgT,StatT>> & oth) const
Comparison operator.

BooleanT operator!=(const RCHandleC<IPRegionBodyC<ImgT,StatT>> & oth) const
Comparison operator.

UIntT Hash() const
Hash function.x

BooleanT IsConst() const
Is object constant ?

BooleanT IsNotConst() const
Is object not constant ?

void SetConst(void) const
Lock the object.
This is const as a convience though it actual modified the object, often object you wish to ensure are constant already have const set. protected:

void Invalidate()
Turn this into an invalid handle.

IPRegionBodyC<ImgT,StatT> & Body()
Direct access to body.

const IPRegionBodyC<ImgT,StatT> & Body() const
Constant access to body.
