Usage: /vol/vssp/local/trees/amma-4/linux/bin/im2fields [options] 
   -optload () [] Load options from a file.  
   -optsave () [] Save options to a file.  
   Creates a static interlaced video file from a single image;
by default, first o/p frame contains only one field

   arg () [] I/p file or file prefix 
   arg () [] O/p file 
   -help (TRUE) [FALSE] Print usage information. 

Dependancies:
   2 args are compulsory.
