   -optload () [] Load options from a file.  
   -optsave () [] Save options to a file.  
   Uses field iterators to do temporal filtering.
   arg () [] I/p file 
   arg () [] O/p file 
   -help (TRUE) [FALSE] Print usage information. 

Dependancies:
   2 args are compulsory.
