   -optload () [] Load options from a file.  
   -optsave () [] Save options to a file.  
   -s (1) [1] Start number.  
   -e (10) [10] End number.  
   -i (1) [1] Increment.  
   -v (FALSE) [FALSE] Verbose. print command lines. 
   -t (FALSE) [FALSE] Test run, just print command don't execute them.
   -f (FALSE) [FALSE] Use floating point values. 
   -c (echo %d) [echo %d] Command with %d where number should be subsituted.
   -r (%d) [%d] Subsitution string 
   -cr (%c) [%c] Expermiment number. 
   -cs (1) [1] Count start.  
   -help (TRUE) [FALSE] Print usage information. 

Dependancies:
   -c is compulsory.
