File/Sequence convertion.

This program converts between amma fileformats. To list the known file formats use the '-lf' option, to see a list of known convertsions use '-lc', and see a list of known classes use '-lt.'

   -optsave () [] Save options to a file.

   -ct (void) [void] Intermidiate class type. (void = any). 
   -s (FALSE) [FALSE] Convert sequence. 
   -v (FALSE) [FALSE] Verbose. 
   -t (FALSE) [FALSE] Test if conversion is possible. (Sequence only) 
   -lf (FALSE) [FALSE] List all known file formats.
   -lc (FALSE) [FALSE] List all known conversions.
   -lt (FALSE) [FALSE] List all known classes.
   -i (FALSE) [FALSE] Identify file. 
   -len (-1) [-1] Length of sequence.  
   -st (-1) [-1] Where to start in sequence.-1=Default.  
   arg (in.pgm) [in.pgm] Input filename 
   arg (out.pgm) [out.pgm] Output filename 
   -help (TRUE) [FALSE] Print usage information.
