Play a Video sequence.

This program uses the VideoIn class to read a video sequence and display it using the GTK based GUI interface.

Usage: /vol/vssp/local/trees/amma-4/linux/bin/VPlay [options] 
   -optload () [] Load options from a file.  
   -optsave () [] Save options to a file.  
   -nf (-1) [-1] Max no. of frames read 
   -sf (-1) [-1]  Start at nth frame 
   -t (0.04) [0.04] Delay between frames.  
   -dd (FALSE) [FALSE] Direct draw. (For realtime playback of large images) 
   -v (FALSE) [FALSE] Verbose mode. 
   -if () [] Input format.  
   arg () [] Input filename 
   arg (in.pgm) [in.pgm] Input filename 
   -help (TRUE) [FALSE] Print usage information.
