Documentation tree generation program.

This program takes the output from percepts and eht files to build the html documentation tree.

Online Help:

Usage: /vol/vssp/local/trees/amma-4/linux/bin/DocEntry [options] 
   -optload () [] Load options from a file.  
   -optsave () [] Save options to a file.  
   -i () [(null)] path to PROJECT_HOME 
   -l (2) [2] User level limit 
   -d (FALSE) [FALSE] develop pages instead of basic
   -help (TRUE) [FALSE] Print usage information. 

Dependancies:
   -i is compulsory.
