Documentation page generation program.

This program takes eht files and generates pages of html for inclusion into the class structure.

NB. These documentation files should be named doc*.eht

Online Help:

Usage: /vol/vssp/local/trees/amma-4/linux/bin/DocCreate [options] 
   -optload () [] Load options from a file.  
   -optsave () [] Save options to a file.  
   -i () [] path to PROJECT_HOME
   -f (-1
@ 
) [ ] list of doc*.eht files
   -help (TRUE) [FALSE] Print usage information. 

Dependancies:
   -i is compulsory.
   -f is compulsory.
